What are the risks of using a baby humidfier and creating mold?

I would use an ultrasonic humidifier w/o a gauze (they have them at walgreens for like 30$)
The ones w/ the filters have a higher unpremeditated of growing mold which can cause a severe pnemonia in your babies lungs... called aspergillis pnemonia
