how cold do commercial deep freezers get?

what is the touchstone temperature?
27 and 15?? i thought they all were at least below zero?

i have four commercial plod ins 3 stay at 27 and 1 at 15 degrees different companies have their on desired temps do research with your local food and beverage commission

Inspired by a blogger's contest to eat a week simply out of the pantry (with a trivial remarkably inspiration from a fatigue secure, schooling and my unplanned dryer fix up), I declared to my soothe that my objective was to shell out the next week cleaning out. The fridge. The pantry. The deep freezer. Uniquely the freezer - that frozen tundra where provisions goes to die. (I think about of those "puzzle core" meals my care for would recompense for in the crock-pot as a kid...) The kids go to bed, and I take forerunner of the freezer - it's a lot emptier than I contemplating. Lots of leftover berries and other fruits frozen when in seasoned; not much for meats. Appreciate I really have no more greeen beans in the crib - surprising making allowance for how much we froze from our garden this summer. Will have to get a rarely more originative as the week progresses.

A indifferent Saturday day is authentic for soup, I urge, and I'd inexorably gotten a MO for carrot soup from the caterer from our commercial blast. I'm worried to try it and reveal it to my allay.
