Can I make a countertop beverage cooler into a freezer?
Will changing the thermostat be enough to let someone have an open compartment, small, countertop fridge to refrigerate the revels and fudgesicles?
I'd like to do this to a 2.5 cubic foot glass door beverage
cooler. All suggestions appreciated.
No. Beverage coolers are engineered to numb wine to approx 40 F, and you need closer to 0 F. The utensil you have can't pull heat out as fast as it will leak back in, because the compressor/condenser set has meagre capacity, the glass door will not insulate
