How do I sharpen my meat slicing machine?
I travail in a delicatessen. Our meat slicer hasn't been sharpened for about a year. It's an Omas C35E, and has a built-in sharpening workings on top. I'm pretty sure I know how it works - it has 2 grinding stones which you lean on together on the blade
Put in order the slicer to zero thickness and remove the guard.
The two stones will tip toward the blades and then there will be a machination to bring the stones closer together or you push the stones onto the leaflet. Spray both sides
