What do restaurants and commercial kitchens usually use to clean their electric (deli) slicers?
I received an electric deli slicer for Xmas and am wondering what the most artistically way to clean it is. I can't immerse it, of course, and I don't want the food I slice to get contaminated with any soaps, detergents or other cleaning products that
