Other then convenience are there big differences between electric food mills and regular food mills?

For eg are there certain foods the regular one can't puree or anything like that.. that I would want to advised of before I buy.

I would buy an electric one. The enchiridion ones can do a good job, but you'll have to stop grinding and push the food down multiple times to get it through the grinder. If you're prevalent t use this regularly definitely go for the electric model
