How do I get tumeric stains out of my food processor?

I've been cooking with tumeric a lot lately. But now my food processor has a yellow-ish orange-ish tinge to it.. Does that penetrate out? If so- how?
My food processor looks just like this one:

It's very burdensome to remove turmeric stains from plastic (I am assuming it's the clayey portion of your fp):

I have heard of 2 ways:
