Do you know how to grind beef roast meat into ground beef using a food processor?

I am worrisome to find out how I can grind beef roast meat into ground beef using my food processor. I have looked at my P's manual for instructions but there are none and I have had no response back from my email to the manufacturer requesting instructions.


I often buy beef roast on sales event and grind in the food processor. It's not as uniform as a grinder, but it works. I do it often to make chili. Nothing but cut it in large cubes and process a few chunks at a time.
