I begged for a food processor & now I'm not using it. Any recipes that make it with pretend it worth it to bust it out?

Oh my, where to arise?? Salsa, hummus, tortilla dough, squeaky blocks of cheese to store in the freezer, ham salad, dressings, oils, mayo, pureeing soups, slicing veggies, the record goes on.
