Does a Kitchenaid with a dough hook have enough guts to make pasta dough?
I've always made pasta dough in my food processor, but it died on me a unite years ago. I have since used my pasta roller for fimo/sculpy clay. Can I use something to transport my pasta machine so it's usable for food again? Can my Kitchenaid make
Depends... it seems that a lot of newer Kitchenaid mixers have disorder mixing thicker doughs like pasta or bread. Something about tawdry gears and parts breaking inside the mixer according to some reviews on Viewpoints... If you have an older one though,
