I have a method for gravy that calls for a food mill, but I do not think I can get a food mill before Thanksgiving. Will my food processor work well-deserved as well. it will drudgery - it just won't work the same... a food mill grinds the veggies through holes with a reduce blade... pulse the food processor so that you can get the consistency you want.
I am grinding the veggies roasted with my turkey to add to the gravy.
