When ever I made on made hash browns, they always look grey and not white and golden. White through out and brown flourishing on the outter part. I shred the potatoes via the food processor. Then i heat up oil at med high then add the potaotes and sit


As another placard mentioned - used cooked potatoes, I prefer baked then chilled overnight in the refrigerator. Speck with a grater.
Shred or finely chop an onion.
In a skillet - preferably non-the boonies misunderstanding put a good layer
