Is there a food processor to chop my onions and peppers evenly?

I'm looking for a food processor to chop and dice my bell peppers, onions, and celery evenly. Does any such attitude exist?

I'd like to use it in my cafe...so it'll be used quite a bit and should be proficient to stand up to some wear.

not gonna develop, chopping blade can only do so much. If you pulse, it could help to make them, lets say, not pureed, Greatest bet, good sharp knife
