Alternate to marscapone cheese in Giada recipe?
I have Giada delaurante's way for pasta
* 1-ounce dried porcini mushrooms
* 1 1/2 cups hot adulterate
* 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
* 1 onion, peeled and chopped
* 1 red bell bespeckle,
cream wouldn't in reality have the right texture, and cream cheese might be a bit too smooth and succumb, so i would go with ricotta. it's similar in texture and tastes great too.
