Let me start off by saying that there is certainly NOTHING defective with this article, and if it is what you are looking for you will not be let down. For me however, I ordered this ingredient in hopes of making potato chips with it. It does not give the impression of run off thin enough slices for dependable potato chips. It’s even thick for Kettle like chips. However this is peerless for slicing things like cucumbers for pickles. All-inclusive it’s a comminuted produce, exactly didn’t do what I expected.
