I was looking for something to make restitution for my George Shopwalker grill and my oversized overlapped griddle which both stopped working. I wanted something that could blend the two so I could play down the extent in use accustomed to for my appliances. This grill does the tomfoolery. I can cook a steak using the grill plates and I can also cook bacon for my people by outset it up to a full griddle.
